Everything You Need to Know
Last Monday, the Bungie.net forum account Alpha Lupi, complete with a custom avatar, creates the forum thread "Something is falling towards you. Or are you falling towards it?". This thread contained nothing but the cryptic message, "7 - Only the trusted few...", which linked to a previously unknown Bungie.net subdomain, AlphaLupi.Bungie.net. When going to this URL, you are greeted with your first puzzle: assembling the geomantic figure for the day you arrived on the page. Luckily, this was the easy part. Using this chart of geomantic figures, we had all of the keys for the week from day one. But again, that was the easy part.
When you arrive at the page, you see two images, the left dubbed"Output" and the right dubbed "Geomask". These titles are how I will refer to each images as this thread progresses. Also on the unlocked page are a few messages of more cryptic text. Above the Output image are the words "Coordinate. Combine. Clarify.", while under the Output image is the caption, "[Note: (x, y) visibility limited. (u, v) analysis might prove useful. v-resolution particularly limited.]". This caption linked to another page on the AlphaLupi subdomain, the instructions page, with more and more text.
Our sky is filled with unseen signals. Radio-frequency emissions pulse and flit and dance all around us. Yet even a singing patch of sky can be observed, and transformed into a range of frequencies.
Can you hear it? No, not yet. It has not yet arrived. But together we can receive its call.
Imagine combining the observations of thousands across the globe on an object meandering through the heavens. The resulting array would be quite large. Quite powerful. This is your task.
Alone it will not be enough. Coordination and timing is needed. Observations must be made simultaneously.
Your window will be small. Five minutes at most. But windows may be reopened. And the distance between observer pairs will be key.
There will always be limitations in clarity, so the results must be archived for study. Highly technical observers may be required. Detailed frequency analysis is recommended.
Everything that belongs to us will be ours, but only if we create the capacity to receive it.
Think not of locations, but the spacings between, as seen from each target. While one hemisphere provides a strong center, the other must heed the call in order to bring light to the unknown.
Above the Geomask, however, we see a bit more straight-forward text, saying that the Geomasks are "Active Baselines". Under the image is the text, "Frequency gaps detected. Additional global observatories required.".
But what does this all mean? It was quickly discovered that the Geomask image was constantly changing, and each dot represented a user that had unlocked their page in the last five minutes of viewing the image. When ran through various tests, the Geomask would display different things for each day. On everyday except Tuesday so far, it has displayed numbers which, when typed in as AlphaLupi.Bungie.net/[numbers].jpg, displayed a much more clear version of the Output. Tuesday was much more simple; it displayed a QR code that, when scanned, brought you to the clear Output. Each clear Output contained a large set of text and a background that looked to be part of a map. The linked image at the top of the very top of this thread is the most recent assembly of the clear Outputs we have completed.
A couple days after the Alpha Lupi ARG went public, Bungie decided to dump even more Destiny happiness news into our little fan ears. A new news post by DeeJ inks to Destiny's official Facebook, Twitter, and for some reason, even a Google+ were created. It was also made very clear that this Sunday, the apparent final day of the Alpha Lupi ARG, we'd be seeing the first ever Destiny ViDoc straight from the hands of Bungie. The press, however, got to see it a few days ago, and while they can't say anything, they seem very eager to finally talk about it.
The links at the top of this thread will constantly be updated with the latest completed images and updated Geomasks for your viewing pleasure. So, until then, I'll see you on the IRC.

I'm probably late to the party on my thought, but... These excerpts on the images seem to dramatically describe building worlds, like a map maker in game or something. I dunno.
