Is America still the land of opportunity?
Is the American dream dead or still going strong? Just wondering.

I think the American Dream is still there, if you view the dream as the middle class lifestyle. I think anyone, with hard-work and proper mindset, can achieve a middle class lifestyle. If you define the American Dream as driving a Ferrari and owning a house in the Hamptons, that probably isn't attainable for everyone without a skill that truly separates you from the masses.
