Huh looking at the other channels the numbers completely change... What's up with that?
-
They we're sneaky today and put each set of numbers on top of each other. I was prepared for this...
-
concatenate the images in the order of R|G|B
-
Edited by Skittles x: 2/15/2013 5:30:21 PMYeah, what he said. Its a REAAAALLY long URL.
-
Should be able to concat in RGB order for the solution pretty soon. Fair amount of clear numbers.
-
Edited by Specops115: 2/15/2013 4:56:02 PMagreed here is my current guess: /0102{3/8}86080{0/6}4{3/8}07{5/6}00961392_692{3/8}49{3/8}978147{5/6}.jpg that's only 1,280 possibilities for a brute force assuming I didn't miss something
-
Here's what I'm getting from my images.
-
Will check with those to see if any of my numbers change - just ran a brute force on my guesses and came up empty.
-
Glad to see we were actually in step with them today. Any thoughts on what they could do tomorrow to complicate things even more? Numbers made from various mixtures of channels? I don't think there is a way to automate for that possibility though.
-
They actually used a mixture of channels for Day 4 - that's why the numbers came out Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. I can have links for those combo's for tomorrow - but there are other possibilities they have to throw us off that scare me even more...
-
But each number was a single color. I meant like each number can be made up from a mixture of colors like a 0 with the top half blue and bottom half green. So that you wouldn't see it on any single channel. But we'll see what tomorrow holds soon enough. Have activated my auto script and will be going to bed soon.
-
Indeed they went sneaky
-
This guy!
-
Any chance of adding a background color to one? It looks as though today's might be too easy so it would be nice to know how far up the white has propagated to insure it's not multiple rows of data.
-
it looks like the b channel holds the jpg and we will have to figure out how the other two align in front of it
-
Thank you for doing this, and for posting all of the wonderful links. You are awesome!
-
It looks like today instead of a mirror left to right they are using a mirror top to bottom. Looks like we have way more than we did yesterday at this time.... me thinks it's almost too easy, there has to be a curve ball coming.
-
Edited by Specops115: 2/15/2013 2:52:48 PMIt's still a mirror along the diagonal - top right maps to bottom left. They did the same thing yesterday with one link in an arc across the top and the other across the bottom. Edit: but I wonder if there are multiple rows of data today - that would not be good
-
it's white and most likely due to the low turn out this early and thus lotsa gaps in the mid but it certainly looks like 2 very light qr codes just off center to 3+9 o'clock between our beginning of numbers
-
Excellent, it looks like this one is in the middle. Maybe this time we wont have to brute force it.
-
Thanks for all the pieces. Nice work there.
-
Very nice.

Nice to see things up and running already!
