yeah thats what im thinking now. i was going to try and see if i could layer previous numbers on top to see if they matched up but that doesnt work in paint.

It doesn't work well in other more advanced editors either. The dropbox gives out as clean an image as can be made but there's still white noise. Even if you were to perfectly crop numbers, we'd need some sort of partial form to make the match. Unfortunately we just don't have enough development in the problem areas for it to work.

yesterday because there was so much confusion over 3/8 (for me anyway) i was going to take and 8 from the previous day, make it a different color and see if i could slide it under the mystery number. if it was an eight the bottom would match up and no worries if they didnt match up i would more on with the assumption it was a 3.
