closest I've gotten is News Gothic - the problem is the numbers sit on a custom curve so it's hard to line them up. What this would help with is the few numbers that have a bunch of known white pixels around them but only a few black pixels - if we had the right font white pixels should never overlap so we could cross out a few numbers that way to narrow it down.
