Yup, as I thought the .jpg fringes out of the circle at the 3 o'clock mark. 18 numbers.

yes it does appear 18 digits starting at the slash at either 9:30 or 3:30, and i doubt it makes sense but the digit immediately before 314 looks like a "B"
