Since it has been confirmed that season two will continue based off of our save files for season one, we can more accurately make predictions. I believe that season two will cast us as one of the strangers in the distance at the end. Here, we stumble upon Clementine, who will react to us differently depending on how Lee brought her up and what he told her at the end. I believe both Lilly and Kenny will probably be coming back, as both are unconfirmed to be dead. I highly doubt we'll be playing as Clemy, as she wouldn't be able to do a lot of things Lee would due to her size, and the game tells us at the end that she will remember what we told her.
