Are we sure the numbers start at the top and go clockwise around the circle? And I think that the slashes are actually twos, and there should be at least four digits in the top blank. My theory is that the numbers start at 9 o'clock and progress clockwise to 3 o'clock, with 21 digits making up the image's url.
