Has anyone actually read his manifesto? He used to be a cop, and saw severe police brutality, blackmail, and bribery before he decided to quit. He'd been trying to fight intensive corruption in the LAPD for nearly a decade afterwards.. It went as far as him receiving death threats when he tried to rustle up witnesses, and his case being thrown out of court by a corrupt judge when he dismissed said threats. The final option was his last resort.

*insert Dark Knight references* But yeah, I read it. The guy clearly snapped, though with legitimate reasons. I hope they re-go through with the investigation and can the woman who kicked that dude (apparently she has a reputation for that kind of thing according to the late Dorner), but I doubt they will.
