Here's your image partly cleaned up - If you get me all the corresponding right images that went into this we can separate out what would be the background (what I made grey).
Throw all the right side images that correspond to the left side images you used into one photoshop document and make every layer but the bottom one screen - that should get you the mask for that set.

Dang. I haven't been saving the right side images for this. This was made by setting all of the layers as the equivalent of Screen in Gimp after the Fourier transform, but only on the lefthand images, as I couldn't get the noise reduction to work right. [url=http://forum.tiedtheleader.com/Destiny/]Tied the Leader[/url] has a massive amount of both images.
