Not sure if this would help at all, but using the 1904 map of Puerto Princesa, the profile page background, the alphalupi site background, and the Monday image, I was able to get everything somewhat lined up to where everything is on the map.

Bungie made some additions to the 1904 map "Nodes" do they match up with your picture see attached

The nebula part at the top left hand corner looks like the same part in the center left hand corner of the Puerto Priincesa map. I'll try to integrate that in a moment.

Nice, to me the size of the larger circle looks to match the size of the city walls in the leaked photo. What would be great is if we could match up the topography from the leak to this. Great work, im gonna get started.
