Likely, but I don't understand why these two things are being combined or where those exact coordinates are coming from.

Coincidentally, we noted early on that Lupi is a city in the Philippines. Another odd coincidence or connection.

Right, I have been loosely following the map analysis. There doesn't seem to be any real tie to a specific location so it is very likely that the area could have been selected primarily on the inclusion of the city name.
