I'm assuming since it's beta its just not working properly, but sometimes the nav bar at the top follows when I scroll down the page, but other times it doesn't. I'm not sure how it's supposed to be acting but I really like it when it scrolls with the page so I don't have to scroll all they way to the top to check my notifications. Please keep it that way in the final version!
