I recently watched a documentary about it and all it is is a fence, a few jeeps and some helicopters. Why not make it in penetrate? Like, a lot more guards, armed to the teeth for the intimidation factor, higher and more fences, non lethal traps, a crapload of watchtowers, motion sensors, etc etc. I know this seems a bit unrealistic. But to me it doesn't seem very secure.
