Have Hashtags become the new groups?
I have noticed alot of people saying that their groups are dead, I can't help but think the hashtag system affords us the oppurtunity to have a discussion that is open to everyone, but easily accessable to those that which to track the conversation. Thus, hashtags have replaced groups.
Thoughts?

Functionally, I would say no. But based on their purpose, I would say yes.
