With all the revenue that Bungie's new IP will garner, do you think that once Bungie's contract with Activision is up that they will publish all future titles under the Bungie/Aerospace banner?
It's tough to see what the gaming landscape will be like in a decade, but I hope that Bungie has the fore thought to break the publisher developer cycle. After all what is a publisher but a source of funding and advertising. Somthing I believe that if Bungie plays their cards right could accomplish.

Indie devs for the past few years have shown us how much MORE you can accomplish when you don't have a greedy publisher breathing down your neck. Games like Amnesia, Bastion, Hawken, Forge...the line between AAA titles and Indie titles is now completely blurred. Hell, I'd go so far to say that Indies are even better than AAA games at this point. I've always had a feeling that Indies were the future of gaming. That future has arrived, in my eyes. AAA devs can't even get the horror genre right, and now they're starting to contradict their own stories (I'm looking at you, Bungie and Bioware), thanks to publishers' greed evaporating any passion within the devs.
