What is your absolute favourite game? Only choose one.
Mine would be World of Warcraft. The memories I have of playing the game, the massive world, the expansive lore, it's really an amazing game, and imo, one of the greatest games ever created.

360: Halo 3. That game got me into Live, and I have tons of fond memories of it. PC: Morrowind. I got into it when Oblivion first came out, so it wasn't that dated, while still having quite a bit of mods out. The feeling is lost in its complete brokenness, but back then, it was amazing, and remains one of my, if not the number one, favorites. Other: Ocarina of Time. The game that got me into Zelda. I was four when this game came out. I still replay this game every so often.

I think we can all agree that Call of Duty is one of the best, most original and innovative series of all time.
-
Tie between Halo Reach and Spyro 2 Ripto's Rage.
-
Halo 3
-
Fire Emblem.
-
Steel Battalion or Majora's mask. Don't make me choose.
-
Roller Coaster Tycoon Always has been, probably always will be

I don't have favorite singular games. The Elder Scrolls series will always be my favorite series simply because I can put in over 100 hours of gameplay in one playthrough in a singleplayer experience. Halo series(Except for Halo Wars and Halo 4) will be my favorite games in the series. In the Battlefield series, only Battlefield 2. BF3 left out so much. Batman series, Batman AA and Batman AC. Those are the only two games for right now that bring the greatness out of batman. The Mass Effect series. I just don't have a absolute favorite game. There are other game series that I love and just games that didn't start a series that are awesome. Like for instance, Terra Nova was a bad ass sci-fi game but I don't think there was a sequel for that game. If there was I feel like I missed something awesome.

PC? Star Wars Battlefront II. Modsmodsmodsmods 360? Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam Expansion Pack. That, kids, was perfect multiplayer. Shame nobody plays it anymore.
-
I have to say Red Alert 2. I have yet to play an RTS with the same fast-paced action.
-
The original Mass Effect.

Mine will hopefully be DayZ once it's finally released. My favorite memories of my limited WoW play were ones of sneaking through Alliance territories as an Undead rogue, and DayZ is a game designed around that type of organic stealth experience.

Edited by DMMetalaane: 1/29/2013 5:23:06 PMSOCOM U.S Navy Seals Combined Assault. Slowly crawling inch by inch in a ghille suit with a silenced sniper by the shoreline during a sandstorm for 15 minutes just to plant the bomb at the other team's base. Or traveling the expanse of a snowy wasteland at sprinting speed for 10 minutes to flank the enemy and save our team from being spawn trapped. Good times.

Gun to my head, I'd probably say Okami. Something about that game was just incredible, it oozed charm. Battle system was fun, art style was amazing, and the story and characters were great. I don't think I have been as impressed by a game since then. But I could easily name a bunch of others: Shadow of the Colossus, Persona 4, Bayonetta, Viewtiful Joe, Demon's Souls, Nocturne, Devil May Cry 3, etc.

Anything that is Halo Universe and kingdom Hearts if i can have to games :D

Probably Halo 3. The game that got me into XBL. I have so many memories of the hours spent playing that game with friends.
-
Final Fantasy Tactics
-
Chrono Trigger.

WoW OP? Star Wars Galaxies WAS the best game ever until Jorge and friends needed to find a way to make more money and replaced it with TORtanic.

Marathon 2: Durandal. I love the whole series, but that game... I played it in diapers in 1997, and now I'm on the cusp of 18, and the feelings for the game are just as strong.

Shadow of the Colossus. It's a beautiful masterpiece of a game. It's a simple game, but is very deep at the same time.
