I know I do. I've had it for a long time now too. I wake up looking like death, I feel tremendously groggy and tired in the mornings and hyped up at night. So I conclude it might be sleep debt - WELL WHY CANT I SLEEP? It literally takes me a few hours to get to sleep. I've tried a lot of different things but they won't work. There are people who smoke, drink, do drugs, don't even eat/or healthy anyway and have a few hours sleep that look better! I might try going to bed at 9 tonight -.-
Any tips and help would be appreciated thanks!

How much time between the last thing you eat and your bed time? How many hours do you get a night?

There are a bunch of ways you can change your body's "clock". If you do some research I'm sure You'll find something that suits you. Once you start getting enough sleep they should go away, if they're not a genetic thing of course.

I actually inherited pigmentary issues that cause my under-eye discoloration. It could be due to allergies though or a certain way you're sleeping even.

Oh boy here we go. Okay, OP any psychological issues? E.g. Depression or stress due to work or exams?

You should probably go see your doctor about this. They can probably give an accurate diagnosis.

Usually it's because you're not getting enough sleep.
