As all of us should know by now Bungie's game "Destiny" has a large ship that is considered a second moon... What I'm asking is would a ship that big affect earth? Would it affect our tides and even our light?
What do you think?
-
"Oh hey, don't mind me, just a giant orb here... Checkin' out your civilization and all"
-
You'll have to stare to the traveler, close your eyes, and make a wish.
-
I would think it would be hard to farm or do a lot of commercial activities with that thing overhead.

It's actually called "The Traveler". Wait, what's that? No one cares? *Rolls into a ball and cries.*
-
We have no idea how much mass that ship has, or if it has contragravetic measures like a lot of ships in Bungie games have. So the answer is "maybe."
-
Something that large would slowly change our solar orbit.
-
No, becuase I bet this 'ship' doesn't have it's own gravity source like planets do ect.
-
Maybe in real life, but I doubt it'll do anything for the fictional Earth.
