Personally, I think the only pro about this massive change is the pictures/ imagery around the site. As for everything else, I am very disappointed.
Firstly, the forum board, (singular now,) is one giant cluster of garbage, and is also aesthetically revolting. Additionally, they have done away with polls and quotes, something I think we all adored, and replaced it with this stupid, broken hash-tag system that youtube/ facebook/ twitter/ garbage websites have used. Anyways, that's just for the forum.
WHAT ABOUT PRIVATE CHAPTERS? Groups have been nearly annihilated! I went to visit my glorious group, the Terran Empire, only to find that 90% of the features had been trashed and the founder is some random dude, even though it was MY private chapter! What happened to the articles/ admin tools/ everything other than the forum board basically? Groups were the ONLY thing keeping me on this website.
If Bungie doesn't make an awesome game soon like a Marathon Remake, I really don't know if I personally want any more to do with this. Don't get me wrong, I usually like change... A LOT. HOWEVER, a change that destroys the old to make its presence known is in my books, tyrannical and unappealing.
Please list here the pros/ cons that you think have raised from this "hawtness," so to speak. Thanks, and have a nice millennium.
