Goddamnit 343i, you FINALLY move in the RIGHT DIRECTION with the fixes in the forge test playlist, BUT THEN YOU THROW ON THE GROUND AND SAY THE -blam!-ING CSR IS ONLY ON WAYPOINT!!!!!!!!!!! I mean come on, guys. You all say it'll be done by April and that you can't put it in-game. I bet I COULD CODE IT SO IT'S IN GAME BY APRIL.
If any Bungie employees are reading this, I never really appreciated all of the support you had for the community back in your days of Halo, but now that we have no support, I just want to thank you all. You guys are awesome.
Ok guys, I think I got my anger out. Post your rants about 343i here (because you can't on waypoint or else you'll get banhammered)

What you get is is a big pile of shit in a golden wrapper. Inconsistent is the word I would use to describe it, as there is a massive contrast in the spectrum of quality as far as this game is concerned - sure, the golden wrapper is shiny from afar, but up close you can tell it's just a cheap shiny wrapper. As for the shit, well, I think a lot of it speaks for itself. It's the lowest of lows and the shortest of highs. It's a case of too many cut corners, and far too many problems in almost every aspect of its design. It's garnered so much praise at its release, and then its reception proceeded to swan dive face first into the pavement to follow up. It's a damn shame, and I'm ashamed to have bought into the promise of a quality product. I should have trusted my intuition and opted to not purchase it, instead maybe grabbing some pizzas and snacks. Whatever, what's done is done - I don't really care. As for the condition of the game, it's probably collecting dust somewhere, but like I said, I don't really care. Maybe one day I'll decide to play it again. In the event that happens, I'm sure it'll just end up back in some dusty corner of my home, forgotten. I honestly couldn't care any less about it.

1 ReplyI can't believe they actually ban people for criticizing their game, that is truly a sign of insecurity about it's content. A good developer should accept the criticism and improve the game, or disagree (politely) with the criticism and explain why.

Just got back from playing Exile and I would just like to say that the vehicle spawns are crap. How this map won any awards is unknown to me.

Glad i switched to Black Ops 2. How do they not even decide to -blam!-ing fix fileshare until 3 months post launch? A -blam!-ING FEATURE THAT'S BEEN WORKING AT LAUNCH SINCE HALO MOTHER-blam!-ING 3. WTF were they thinking shipping the game incomplete?

343i has always claimed that it'll be Waypoint only. I don't know why people are making such a big deal about it, it was known since launch.

Wait: "• Your [b]highest[/b] CSR across all playlists will be promoted in the player profile on Halo Waypoint." It doesn't say that CSR is only visible on Waypoint, it just says that the HIGHEST will be displayed on your profile in Waypoint. Maybe you'll still be able to see the CSR in-game.

If they wonder why their population is so compared to other Halo games, then I can only pity their ignorance. I regret buying this game.

2 RepliesHere's what I don't get from the "competitive" community of Halo. They want incentive to play. They're getting a ranking system but can't be bothered to check an external app or web page to see their rank? If people care enough of their rank, they'll check the site often to see how they're progressing and stat checking. Aside from convenience, how is that bad?
