JaMarcus Russel trying for an NFL comeback
JaMarcus Russel, formaer #1 overall Raiders pick is planning an NFL comeback because he doesn't want to be remembered as a "bust". Do you think any NFL team will try him out or give him a job?

Huge bust, always will be a bust. Unless he gets down to like 270-265 lbs, I'm not even going to worry about ever seeing him starting in the NFL again. 300+ is way too much for a "mobile" QB or even a pocket QB.

1 ReplyRussel's main problem appeared to be that he had no work ethic. By all accounts, he should have been a star QB after the way he was playing in college. I think if he cleans his act up (and loses weight), he'll do fine. But yea, NFL teams are going to have issues trusting him.
