...To be fair, if every single SPARTAN can mow through Covenant like nothing, and you can mow through SPARTANs like nothing, the Covenant should be a cakewalk.
-
70% of the 'Spartan's I find in that simulator thingy can most definitely not mow through Covenant if their performance against me measures that.
-
I'm training to possibly fight flood too. I'd better train myself to become a better flood soldier just to be fair.
-
I find this picture is lacking common sense. That's what makes it practice. You aren't fighting the actual enemy.
-
If they're fighting holograms, which they are, why wouldn't the holograms look like and act like Covenant? Spartans don't fight the same as Covenant, so learning your fellow Spartans' tactics won't really prepare you for the Covenant's tactics. As for the American soldiers training against other American soldiers, that would work much better since Russian soldiers tactics are still very similar since they're both human. We're talking about an alien race they would be fighting in these War Games.
-
Who said they were Holograms? I was understanding that it was more similar to the "paintball" like in Contact Harvest.
-
343 said so. The War Games are simulated holograms.
-
The environments are, not the characters.
-
Well, I stand corrected. That fact still doesn't mean they can automatically make covenant holos. They may not be aware of 100% of Covenant tatics and weaponry. The last thing you want is to think you know the enemy when you don't.
-
A brilliant explanation for Firefight...if they had included it.
-
True enough. The fact remains that, IMO, 343 did an overall bad job on Halo 4 multiplayer.
-
I was going to say that. During the 80's and 90's American soldiers practiced on each other, as they were lacking Russians to shoot at.

I know where you to are coming from, but the pic is pretty funny. ^_^
