Okay I have an offsite proposal - Project X7
X7 - Ex Bungie, 7th Column, X7.
Basically X7 is going to be an attractive new offsite that's going to be similar to the last Bnet format, only with out-of-the-box customization options such as in Coup 5, choosing your own clientside-background image for the forums, an extensive post formatting system, and much more. With other offsites such as the Flood V2 and We have unicorns, we're going to have one thing they don't; style.
There's a couple ways this is going to work, we can use a theme over Zetaboards, or run off donations for server hosting, those are the two that come to mind first, but those are the most likely. I'm going to be doing the interface, teaming up with some of the devs of Coup and other scripts and together, hopefully, we will have a shiny new (or old, whichever way you want to look at it) place we can call a familiar home.

1 ReplyWhile it seems like a great concept, I doubt it'll work. It's impossible to get everyone that was once on the flood to an off site, then there's the issue of getting new members.

While, with some significantish changes, I could well come to like the new design. I'd most definitely be interested in "X7" if your project comes to fruition.
