My guess? We will probably see them turned on sometime during the beta. But I don't know. I get the impression that the beta was intentionally turned on with a lot of the enhancements and other features disabled so that the core features/function could get a trial run, shaken out, adjusted to proper use, and then additional features will get enabled and run through a similar process. I suspect, but I don't know.
