With your Anti AR-15 fervor you have not only caused an increase in sales, you have caused a nationwide sellout of all AR-15 related parts including Lower Receivers, upper receivers, bolt carrier groups, barrels, pistol grips, butt stocks, hand guards, trigger assemblies and other accessories. There is literally no way to get an AR-15 right now.
You are now the greatest gun salesmen in history. You have sold more guns in a month then are sold in the average year.
Even ammunition is out of stock. Good luck finding a brick of .22lr or a case of 5.56/.223
How does that make you feel?

Good play, I guess you got your ban. Not a ban by law, but a ban because there are literally no more left to sell...

Thank god I have an AK-47...

-blam!- yeah, 'murica!

>Anti Gun activists try to ban Assault Rifles. >Claim that AR-15's that can "Mow down" children don't belong in civilian areas. >Some civilian models aren't fully automatic. >AR-15 can regularly be found used for hunting. >"But Muh Children!" Assault Rifles account for 1% of all gun deaths annually, there was virtually no point in going after them to begin with. And look what they did! They increased sales through their whining!

Ha, jokes on you! Once society collapses, and your measly bullets and gun parts can no longer be produced, your firepower focused training and complacency will make you prime targets for our bows and swords! Prepare to be sliced bitch!

Edited by BannedMythicAccount: 1/16/2015 6:16:11 PMI think it resulted more on the fear that AR-15 were going to be harder to buy as a result of the media attention it was getting [potential ban although severely unlikely but still on people's minds]. So that gave into demand and as a result the more people buying, the more hype generated that there would be less stock. [ judging by your post, OP, was true] It's kind of like manipulating the stock market about the hype of a product. Once you start snowballing the money just comes raking in. Demand was due to fear of shortages in this case and it became a self-fulfilling prophecy.

lol I remember this my dad bought one

Edited by Mr Mulberry: 1/16/2015 6:04:38 PMI'm all for guns but I just don't want crazy people to get them and kill people. Why does the government think it's an all or nothing decision?

Edited by Mad Max: 1/21/2013 5:01:41 AMThat's called capitalism. The right wing gun nuts who thought Obama was going to take away all their guns and start a revolution are the ones to blame. Not the people trying to pass legislation to help make schools and public places safer and keep guns out of the hands of crazy people.
-
lol, this is true. I have a buddy who works in a gun shop and he says sales are nuts right now. The commission he's getting is equally nuts. I also have a relative who is a massive gun nut and he is frustrated because he is having a hard time finding parts and rifles themselves because they are all sold out.
-
Lol. I don't mind people having guns actually, but I do mind people leaving them in the open, where anybody can access it.
-
Amen.
-
I lol'd so hard reading this.

I work around guns and ammo, and we can't get semi-auto rifles or ammo at all. The only ammo we had in stock last friday was .30-06, .243, and .410 shotshells. It's ridiculous.

Freedom sure is nice ain't it?
