So roughly two weeks ago, this guy made a post on Reddit about his son who had just had a liver transplant.
He was looking to contact the Bungie Foundation to help make the kid smile once he was on the road to recovery.
Here's the original post on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/162t3x/bungie_foundation/
Urk saw the reddit post and well: http://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/16x2kx/thank_you_bungie_my_sons_transplant_surgery_and/

We all love Bungie.

They've done a ton of really touching things over the years. A few years ago a Seattle game dev gave his life in a head on collision to save his wife an child. A signed Reach edition 360 went onto eBay from Bungie as a fundraiser for the family. A few years before that, Bungie sent an amazing care package to a fan who had collected Bungie signatures and sketches on his 360. When it was scrubbed clean despite his efforts to make it clear he wanted the case in original condition, Bungie sent him a box of signed swag to make him feel better, even though they owed him no responsibility on the matter whatsoever. Great heart, that grizzled ol' Bungie has...

This brightened my day, bungie is amazing.
