Could Germany conquer Europe
They did it once they can do it again

Not by force. Their military is limited to stop them form doing what they've already tried twice.

Uh, Germany RULES Europe through third parties, but Germany is the big player in Europe. I don't mind that, it isn't the same Germany it used to be.

That was in the '40s. I think things would be different now. Like..all of Europe would pounce on Germany.
