Notified when quoted?
Should we be notified when someone quotes us?

I kind of like that idea.

I think that counts as a reply. For purposes of quoting in situations other than a response, you should probably be able to have a quote button next to the post you want to quote, and have that as a part of your own reply. This would also take away having to manually quote (which isn't all that bad).
