If you were filthy rich, how would you spend your life?
If I was filthy rich, i'd probably spend most of my life traveling the world. I wouldn't want a super big mansion, I'd just buy a 2 floor house with a couple of bedrooms and bathrooms and have a lot of property. I'd probably live up in the countryside. I'd also probably start a collection of something. Overall i'd probably just live a calm, simple life. I wouldn't be the kind of person that uses his money to get access to exclusive celebrity parties and all that type of stuff.

If I were filthy rich, I'd use my riches to make everyone else rich! And clean myself too. It's no good being all filthy like that.

I would travel and drive nice cars. When I died, I would leave a third to my kids and two thirds to charity.

2 RepliesI would try and help other people learn how to manage their finances and would also give back to the community. I'd also donate a ton of money to the college I graduated from so they could build a new music building and name it after me.

I thought it would make me happy to get a tour bus and hire a driver (I hate driving) and travel North America finding those who are down on their luck and offering to help.

Basically the same way I spend it now. Except I wouldnt work. I'd just sit around and bet on sports all day. Travel more Probably just buy and flip houses for fun

i would give out an excessive amount of money to my friends and tell them that they'll have to pay me back just to make them feel bad

I'd probably try to start up some sort of company somehow that would find cures to horrible illnesses.

Finish up school. Get a degree in something fun like anthropology. Travel around and have fun.

Honestly? Live modestly and invest my money in things that I enjoy. I don't need a lot to be happy, so I'd probably wind up giving a lot of it away. I know that's the "no you really wouldn't" answer but I honestly can't think of anything worthwhile that I could spend that money on for myself.
