Marathon: Durandal speed run!
The first Marathon-related posted of BNext, so yay me.
Yes, I'm recording with a 3DS.
Yes, all the weird noises you hear in the back are my dogs.
If you want more info on the run go to the Youtube page. This has been 3+ years in the making, route planning, etc. And this is the current 'WR' seeing how nobody else has uploaded a speedrun yet.
Feedback towards the run itself is encouraged.

4 RepliesPretty impressive man, I'm actually doing a let's play of that right now (scroll up)! I love how everything plays almost just like a Halo game and there's definitely a "Bungie" appeal to it. The entire Marathon series is further evidence that I should've grown up in the 90's.

1 ReplyWhy not do it on the PC? I'm sure it'd have a more active community than on the Xbox, and you wouldn't need to record using your 3DS :P I don't know anything about the game, so I can't critique the run. Though don't you go faster if you walk at an angle along the wall?
