Going to run down to the store, but I thought I would ask the flood if they had any good burger recipes since I have almost no idea what I'm doing. I found a few recipes online, but they are really vague and seem a little shady...
I like BBQ burgers but I'm willing to try anything good.

Give it a pet chicken. Make it raise the chicken as though it were the most loved member of the household. Then give it a knife and instructions to kill the chicken for dinner. Tell it if it doesn't kill the chicken you will starve it until it does.
-
Add some pineapple!
-
Try some Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Either that, or mix the ground beef with chopped bacon before pattying the burger.
-
Yeah, raise it with verbal abuse.
-
I know how to eat a mean burger, does that count?
-
Add some tobasco to the burger while it's frying, and mix olive oil, mayonnaise and garlic into a sauce and put it on in the burger like ketchup.
-
I thought your title was the set-up to a joke. I'm sort of disappointed. Put ground beef on a hot surface. Leave there until well done.
-
Now, another question... How would one go about making a crispy chicken sandwhich? Yes, I know I have a lot of food-related questions.
-
Deprive it of social support systems and condition it fear trust.

Prepare two raw beef patties 2. Heat the pan to an extremely hot temperature (you're going to NEED a pan for this, even if you're outside) 3. Take a stick of butter (YES A WHOLE STICK...PUSSY!) and sandwich it between the two raw patties. Clamp the ends together making a seal. 4. Cook at a very high temperature to your liking. 5. Apply toppings/dressings as needed Congratulations! You now have one of the juiciest burgers you will ever eat.

Edited by Recon Number 54: 1/16/2013 7:04:23 PMNo. But I know how to make a pilaf. Take the pea and gently tickle it.

Well, Burger King has an Angry Whopper.
-
Use good meat. Season simply salt pepper and garlic. Then you can cook however you want and use whatever toppings you crave.

First, this does NOT belong in #gaming or #feedback. I learned a technique from watching 'No Reservations' - if you're using a skillet or frying pan, season and form your patties as usual. Brush both sides of the burger with butter, then sprinkle just a pinch of sugar on each side. The butter, fat, and sugar will caramelize the bottom, instead of simply charring it. This will lock in a lot of the juice. If done right, a fully cooked burger will be as tender as a rare burger.

No one has delivered....

This one looks pretty mean . . .

Edited by Anroll: 1/16/2013 7:01:39 PMWhy is this on #bungie? and #gaming?

Scotch, seasoning salt, and bacon fat. Grill. Dress the finished burger with the cooked bacon. Alternatively you can caramelize onions, dice them and then mix them into the ground beef before cooking. Your choice.
-
I like to use a little bit of cajun seasoning, I also like to mix in a small amount of my favorite b.b.q. sauce into the meat and then make my patties after everything is really mixed in.
-
Depends on the burger. Gotta start with the right meat though. If you're buying store-bought pre-ground, get 80/20 burger meat. If you're grinding your own, short rib/brisket are best.
-
Get good quality beef. Very important.
-
Catsup, jalapeno mustard, lettuce, onion, avocado, tomato.
-
Not the horse ones.
