I completed Vesper Host Solo Flawless but never received emblem or triumph.
I am little frustrated, I was so happy and then well it just did not get me anything. Please help!

update: I went back and cleared it again. This time I got my emblem and rewards . YAY!

If so, this is likely the reason you did not complete the triumph.

Did you have any connection issues/hiccups….such as error codes, black screens leading to respawn, etc?
