anarchy catalyst
the anarchy now jolts targets when it damages targets (could e made to need 2 sticks).
additionally the sticks now apply arc blind on exploding.
maye auto loading holester too, just for not having to reload, doesn't matter that much though.

jolting feedback and stats for all would be nice on it i think - but catalysts used to be quite unique and now it's just bungie putting random perks on them lol...at least the icebreaker catalyst is unique ig
