Potential destiny expansion
The next expansion should be a throwback. Merge destiny 1&2 so we can play the original story with new weapons or play new stories with old weapons…. That includes old exotics and/or porting over old guardians ….. I think ppl would love that.

There's not much they could do that would halt me purchasing expansions, but this is definitely one of the things that would check me all the way out. Ew. No.

Bungie already ported most of the enemies, weapons, armor, and raids from D1 into D2. Not really any point at this time to waste the resources.

No If I wanna play destiny 1 stuff I'll play destiny 1 an expansion should bring something new with new gear. Its better to move forward than look back

[quote]Merge destiny 1&2 so we can play the original story with new weapons or play new stories with old weapons[/quote] Bungie can barely support D2 as it is right now, there is zero chance they're going to merge both games which will ultimately end up being multiple full destinations and their missions, quests, weapons etc while D2 is being held together with duct tape, glue, and hopes and dreams. Bungie remastering D1 is a more likely situation versus them ever merging both games.
