I am a returning player as I stopped playing in July 2024 mainly due to the -blam!- class item duplicate drops. I was excited when I heard that you can now attune a specific perk roll and the drops were fairly better and you could get it at Xur too. But it seems like its worse than it was before. I get 1 class item drop in Pale Heart per hour sometimes It takes 1h 30 mins or so and when it drops NONE of the perks is the Attuned perk I chose by GHOST. This makes me question my reason for returning!!!! I do not know if there is something wrong or if this is normal. My friend who has been playing says that this is not normal. so PLEASE, tell me I did not return to this being worse than it was before.
