my friends cant get the ice breaker cyt
we did everything correctly, the quest lines already finished as we did it all together, i already have the cyt. we did everything correctly. but it wouldn't give them the cyt after typing in the code 4 number code for shattering the ice and then after getting "access granted" it doesn't give it to them after opening the chest.
