Prismatic Unavailable?
Yesterday I played with my prismatic hunter. Today I cannot switch back to prismatic. It says I do not meet the requirements. Please help.

Are you on the platform you own The Final Shape on? if so try [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]restoring licenses[/url] If you aren't then Prismatic requires you to own The Final Shape on the platforms you want to use it on.

Edited by dore: 11/23/2024 1:36:48 PMHey R4W, I’ve seen this issue when an account is cross saved with one platform having TFS and the others not. If you played on a platform with TFS and then switched to one without you would not be able to use prismatic. Is this on the same platform account that you are trying to use and own TFS on? If so are you able to launch other things from TFS without any issue?
