Hello, i have some problem accessing my characters on ps4 platform. I linked my Steam account together with other platforms and passed the authorization successfully, but after I entered my PS account, I had no access to my characters, only the ability to create a new one. I thought I didn't have access to my account and the character transfer didn't happen, but after I created a new character I went into the game and had to start all over again how do I get access to my characters, because the clan and friends are available, that is, the transfer of the account seems to have taken place but without characters. Please tell me how to fix this situation or will I be able to access my characters?
