What does it take to get players back into this game? Perhaps there are no more players to get, they have exhausted any type of player base .........
This is my favorite game ...... so it is bitter sweet ....

Edited by Taejzon23: 11/22/2024 7:06:13 AMWhat does it take? Too many lies and deception at this point to trust ANYTHING they say or do. They are doing everything they can to stretch out content, and make us grind needlessly. Tonics are absolute garbage. Crafting was taken away to make you grind more. They're only transparent when it comes to money. Once we remove that option from them by stopping our support, maybe things will change. My opinion only. Edit: Christmas break will be here soon also.... absolutely zero support then.

Honestly there is nothing new this game can offer You keep getting dissapointed because you are expecting a new experience out of an old outdated game, that no matter what Bungie does , it's still going to be the same Even D3 wouldn't have helped, because no matter how much destiny players ask for something new, they reject it when they get it If there was a D3 set 2 thousand years from this timeline, in another galaxy , people would still be expecting classes, subclasses and the same abilities Destiny needs to die and be reborn with new eyes, and new ideas , meaning a different studio

Edited by Killapete232: 11/22/2024 6:09:58 AMAfter 10 years of playing destiny as a franchise it's hard to keep players happy. Whether it be rng grind for god rolls, or new and returning fan favorite exotics, all that's left is for Bungie to move forward with the next episode and into frontiers. When we get the full reveal of frontiers it will either be the final nail in the coffin for many or a new door to walk through into the possibility of a fresh experience. It's been a fun ride regardless, and has been a pleasure nonetheless 🍻

Agree, this game has had so much potential and it’s been squandered. They could be doing so many small things to make the game better; like a taken shader or even Glohoo could have made for Festival of the Lost. They are quick to fix anything that benefits the player and stall on anything that hinders. They waste time on more mechanics to please the elites and wonder why average people are not having fun. While the larger numbers of players leave.

Don’t take the red boarders away and don’t give legit trash Rng

It's so dead that people are still playing at this moment. Wonder when the destiny is dying or dead posts will stop? I'm going to guess never. Player count never stays at the same point. Player count will always go up and down around the release of each new season, and each new dlc. If you think it's dead, then stop playing or that the least don't keep complaining you think it's dead when it's not.

Edited by The Ashen Ranger: 11/21/2024 11:16:39 PMPart of it is the fact that each Act only has 1 week's worth of story, which is why they decided to pretend they were dropping it all at once, and part of it is that there's not much point in farming for loot, since they took away patterns, the main draw for the majority of the community to play seasonal activities.

lol d2 has not died …well not yet . The game still has time left . But people have to remember Bungie are a shadow of themselves now . Small group of staff maintaining the game , also low budget. PvP will fade out eventually so I’m making the most of it

Everyone is waiting for the weekend. Once trials starts the numbers will skyrocket.
