Talking to Eido via holoprojector, while standing next to Eido
Imagine calling somebody on their phone for an actual serious conversation, while they’re standing five feet away from you.
Does this not strike [u]anybody[/u] at Bungie as ridiculous?

They said why they do this awhile ago. Iirc the game engine is so dogsht they have to do it this way. Also they're broke and don't have the funds to even minimally animate a character model.
