Ice Breaker Catalyst Aquired but Not Available
I just finished the Puzzle for the Ice Breaker Catalyst and recieved the notification of the Catalyst Objective being completed after Countless bugs preventing progress. When I go to my Ice Breaker and try and add the Catalyst there is no Catalyst there. I tried Restarting the Game and Pulling another Ice Breaker from the Collection. Catalyst is showing as Completed in Collections.

I ask because it's what confuses alot of people the triumph unlocks after doing the four code puzzle and it pops up on screen as catalyst objective completed but requires some extra steps to actually obtain the catalyst itself, when done right you will actually see the catalyst item drop.
