From the perspective of ttk they are one of THE most balanced weapons in the game. Peak shooting and [i]*moderate[/i] reliability in the air is what allows them to be competitive. I understand they can be frustrating to play against because the floor is very low and the ceiling is exceptionally high. But its the pilot that makes a hand cannon strong, not the weapon in its self.
