Hello Bugnie, 1. So, I had one pinnacle at 2010 which I infused into the Masquerader's Helm Festival Mask. I log in today, and poof! Gone! It's at power 0. You stole a pinnacle from my character. 2. The other day I was playing the exotic Starcrossed. On the 2nd completion, I'm supposed to get a pinnacle. Nope. Got only 2009. Why? Can you credit me 2 pinnacles? I need helmet, gauntlets, boots, or heavy--any 2 will do just fine. One for Starcrossed, and another for setting the Mask to power 0, robbing me of that pinnacle. Thank you. P.S. This happening just leave such a bad, [b][I]bad[/I][/b] feeling--it just makes one not want to play the game.
