I can't get The Trust Hand Cannon Perks Outlaw and Explosive Payload on the same weapon or at all. I've tried obtaining it for a long time using my Gambit Engrams and to purchase the Trust HC, I've even reset my Rank all three times grinding for it. Even after the RNG Hotfix I'm still unable to obtain this set of Perks
