Bungie Name Still Can't Be Changed Back
(I hope I've posted this issue to the right spot)
Hello,
Back... whenever the system messed up and auto-blocked a bunch of names, mine was struck and I've been Guardian#1267 ever since. I believe some of these issues have been addressed, as some of my friends has been able to switch their name back.
I can confirm I do have a name change token. I've tried multiple times to change my name on both the browser. I enter my new name, hit "Save changes," and nothing happens. Additionally, I've tried on the companion app, and am hit with a "Bungie Name Change Failed." Is this still an ongoing issue or is it just an issue with my account/name?
For the record, my old name was "NegativeOne." I don't think there should be any issues with that name? I just want my name back. I'm willing to change it to something new if the words are flagged for some reason, but I don't see why they would be.

As such, if you've changed your name in the past, it may not be currently possible. If you have not changed your name, as appears to be the case in this thread, we recommend trying to clear your browser cache to see if it helps.
