After completing a 40 minute full Challenge of the Elders run, I died at the very tail end of the final boss encounter. Upon respawning, I was placed in the Servitor Judgement Room (where you go every time you complete 3 encounters). Everyone else was transported to the Treasure Room. I attempted to suicide two separate times, only to be returned to the 'Judgement Room'. Because of this, I missed out on all of the final, full reward chest rewards (Treasure Room chest?), and didn't get to see any of the reward room itself.
