Can't login on Bungie Help site with a cross-saved platform account.
My friend needs to log into Bungie Help to appeal the recent wave of false positive bans, but he can't log in with his cross-platform account, which is Epic Games. His main platform is Steam, but he lost access to Steam and is trying to regain access.
Is there a way to appeal the ban without logging into Bungie Help?
