Gambit Perk Issue
I can't get The Trust Hand Cannon Perks Outlaw and Explosive Payload on the same weapon or at all.
I've tried obtaining it for a long time using my Gambit Engrams and to purchase the Trust HC, I've even reset my Rank all three times grinding for it.
Even after the RNG Hotfix I'm still unable to obtain this set of Perks

1 ReplyJust my personal opinion but I’d suggest going for Rapid Hit over Outlaw. Hear me out, there’s a chance the explosive damage from Payload is what gets you the kill which means Outlaw won’t activate at all. Since Rapid Hit only requires precision hits, you’ll be guaranteed the bonus reload and stability. But it’s totally up to personal preference, I just think Rapid Hit + Explosive Payload would be more consistently beneficial.
