Light & Darkness package missing
Even though I bought the whole package, I was not given the season pass and final shape dungeon key. After purchasing, I opened cross save and although I did everything properly, there are a few items missing. (final shape dungeon key, season pass and annual pass not given.) Now isn't this fraud? After all, you did not give me the product in the package.
Also, I didn't have an account on Xbox when I opened the cross save, so there was nowhere to go, I didn't make a wrong step. My friend did the same thing a day ago and had no problems.

They got back to me and said there was nothing they could do, now have I been scammed?

1 ReplyEdited by BNGHelp10: 11/20/2024 10:33:09 PM[quote]I didn't have an account on Xbox when I opened the cross save[/quote] Did you launch D2 on Xbox after purchasing and then setup cross-save? because your passes are showing as applied to your dormant Xbox account. https://crimson.report/4611686018539511976 Not having characters etc means nothing when it comes to the passes, they get applied to the Destiny profile linked to the platform account (or the cross-save active one if launched with it set up already) So it looks like you did it this way: bought it on Xbox -> launched D2 on Xbox -> passes got applied -> Cross-Save got activated with Steam put as active profile -> Xbox destiny profile made dormant and Steam doesn't get them applied as you already loaded D2 on Xbox after buying but before Cross-Save.
